Thanks to 4N FinFET manufacturing technology, engineers managed to place 45.6 billion transistorsistors transistors on a 378 mm² die. The core configuration includes 8960 shader units, 70 RT Cores for ray tracing, and 280 Tensor Cores for AI tasks. The GDDR7 video memory capacity is 16 GB. Thanks to the 256 bit-bit bus, bandwidth reaches 896.00 GB/s, eliminating delays when working with demanding textures. The graphics chip operates at a base clock of 2295 MHz with dynamic acceleration capability up to 2452 MHz. The nominal thermal design power is 300 W. For stable system operation, a PSU of 700 W or more will be required.
