Streets of Rogue

Streets of Rogue is a rogue-lite that champions player choice, freedom, and anarchic fun. Drawing inspiration from fast-paced top-down rogue-lites and the free-form, experimentation-driven emergent gameplay of RPGs, this game sets you loose in a functioning, procedurally generated city.

Within this vibrant metropolis, complex AI governs denizens from all walks of life, each pursuing their daily activities. Your objective is to accomplish mission goals in any way you see fit, leveraging your character's unique traits, items, and the environment itself.

Will you embody a soldier who shoots first and asks questions later? Or perhaps a stealthy doctor who uses chloroform and tranquilizer darts to neutralize opposition silently? Maybe you'll be a genial bartender, capable of talking your way past the most intimidating guards. Or, for the truly audacious, how about a hyper-intelligent gorilla, dedicated to rescuing fellow caged primates and forming a mobilized gorilla army?
