In a future ravaged by gang warfare, privatized law enforcement has become the norm. The Anti-Crime Network (ACN) deploys elite bounty hunters, known as 'Headhunters', to track down the most dangerous criminals using a deadly combination of combat prowess and advanced weaponry.

You are Jack Wade, a former cop now turned Headhunter. Your journey begins in a desperate escape from an operating table, only to find yourself waking from a coma in a hospital, your memory fractured and your license revoked. Hired by Angela Stern to hunt down her father's murderer, you'll navigate a treacherous underworld, all while piecing together the fragments of your own past and fighting for survival.

• Motorcycle Traversal: Navigate the sprawling city on Jack's motorcycle, moving between locations as you follow clues.
• License Progression: Earn skill points and upgrade your Headhunter license through the Law Enforcement Intelligence and Licence Approval (LEILA) VR simulator. Unlock access to new areas, advanced weaponry, and essential gadgets by proving your combat, stealth, and driving skills.
