About the Game

Bahamut Lagoon

Embark on an epic journey in Bahamut Lagoon, a captivating RPG that masterfully blends intricate squad-based combat with a rich, unfolding story. As a commander, you'll lead a diverse cast of characters, each possessing unique skills, stats, and powerful elemental abilities fueled by SP. Explore your immediate surroundings, interact with allies, and manage your resources in shops, preparing for the intense battles that lie ahead.

The heart of Bahamut Lagoon lies in its strategic, turn-based combat system played out on a 2D grid. Assemble your forces into parties of four, managing up to six distinct squads against often overwhelming odds. Each turn, both sides act in alternating phases, allowing your parties to move and unleash devastating attacks. Engage in distant combat, where parties combine their unique elemental abilities to cast spells, heal allies, or deal area-of-effect damage. These ranged assaults are tactical choices that deal less damage and yield fewer rewards but prevent enemy retaliation. Furthermore, your actions can dynamically alter the battlefield, igniting forests with fire or freezing rivers with ice.

When the distance closes, engage in close-up combat, where individual units within adjacent opposing parties take action. Attack foes, utilize precious items, or employ single-target special abilities. Master the art of positioning and unit synergy to overcome your enemies.

Your ultimate weapon lies in the mighty dragons. These magnificent beasts possess their own stats and gain experience alongside your characters. Each party is bonded with a dragon, drawing significant power from its strength. Should a dragon fall in battle, its party will be stripped of its special attacks and class-specific abilities for the remainder of the map. These autonomous units act after their party, following simple commands like "Come!" Beyond combat, dragons are voracious eaters. Raising them by feeding them items is a crucial aspect of the game, enhancing their stats, influencing their battlefield behavior, and guiding their evolution into new, formidable forms.

Flexibility is key. Freely rearrange characters within parties, adjust formations, and assign different dragons to your squads at any time. Adapt your strategy to conquer every challenge Bahamut Lagoon throws your way.
