Meet Xeon MP 3.0 — a modern solution from Intel, which saw the light of day :year_text. Thanks to the use of the 130 nm process node, the manufacturer achieved an excellent balance of performance. The chip is installed in the compatible motherboards socket. The CPU received 1 physical cores. Thanks to multi-threading technology, it processes up to 2 data threads. In standard mode, the chip operates at 3 GHz. Thanks to 4 MB of L3 cache, latency when accessing RAM is reduced. Nominal power consumption (TDP) is 85 W, so adequate cooling should be considered.
