Intel released the Xeon E-2176M processor :year_text, expanding its popular :family_text series. The hardware foundation of the die is based on 14 nm manufacturing norms, ensuring high transistor density. The compatible motherboards connector is supported. The CPU received 6 physical cores. Thanks to multi-threading technology, it processes up to 12 data threads. In standard mode, the chip operates at 2.7 GHz. Automatic overclocking algorithms allow the chip to accelerate up to 4.4 GHz when the system demands it. The L3 smart cache size is 12 MB, which positively affects the overall system responsiveness. The manufacturer indicates heat dissipation at 45 W in standard operating mode. In entry-level or mid-range gaming builds, this processor will perform confidently, providing acceptable frame rates when using an appropriate graphics accelerator.
