The hardware foundation of the die is based on 10 nm manufacturing norms, ensuring high transistor density. The compatible motherboards connector is supported. Computational power is provided by 14 cores (of which 6 are P-Cores and 8 are E-Cores). Multi-threading up to 20 threads is supported. Starting operating frequencies begin at 1.9 GHz. Under heavy loads, the frequency can automatically increase up to 5.2 GHz. The processor is equipped with a spacious buffer: the L3 cache memory volume is 24 MB.
