The Core i7-1250U model:family_text, developed by Intel engineers, expanded the range of desktop solutions :year_text. Thanks to the use of the 10 nm process node, the manufacturer achieved an excellent balance of performance. The chip is installed in the compatible motherboards socket. Thanks to the combination of 2 performance and 8 efficiency cores (total 10 cores / 12 threads), the chip easily handles multitasking. By default, the cores function at 1.1 GHz. Automatic overclocking algorithms allow the chip to accelerate up to 4.7 GHz when the system demands it. The L3 smart cache size is 12 MB, which positively affects the overall system responsiveness.
