The Core i5-12600H processor from Intel was officially introduced to the market :year_text. The chip is manufactured using a 10 nm process node and is designed for installation in the compatible motherboards socket. Computational power is provided by 12 cores (of which 4 are P-Cores and 8 are E-Cores). Multi-threading up to 16 threads is supported. By default, the cores function at 2.7 GHz. During resource-intensive tasks, the clock speed boosts to an impressive 4.5 GHz. The processor is equipped with a spacious buffer: the L3 cache memory volume is 18 MB. Nominal power consumption (TDP) is 45 W, so adequate cooling should be considered. However, under maximum load, consumption can increase up to 115 W. This is an uncompromising option for gaming. The chip demonstrates outstanding results in esports disciplines and demanding open-world games, minimizing frame rate drops (1% Low).
