AMD released the Ryzen 3 2300X processor :year_text, expanding its popular :family_text series. The die is produced using 12 nm technology. A motherboard with a compatible motherboards platform will be required for PC assembly. Multitasking is implemented through 4 cores and 4 computing threads, which is sufficient for comfortable work. Starting operating frequencies begin at 3.5 GHz. Under heavy loads, the frequency can automatically increase up to 4 GHz. Since the multiplier here is unlocked, enthusiasts will be able to squeeze additional megahertz out of the processor. The L3 smart cache size is 4 MB, which positively affects the overall system responsiveness. The manufacturer indicates heat dissipation at 65 W in standard operating mode. While Ryzen 3 2300X is not positioned as a flagship gaming solution, it is quite capable of handling popular games at medium settings when combined with a discrete graphics card.
